In this block of learning we are looking at traditional tales. We are continuing to learn new sounds each week, using these to read words and forming the graphemes in our phonic lessons. In maths we have been counting and using numbers up to 20. We love to read stories and cannot wait to continue to share some with you. I'm sure Rosie Rabbit will love to share lots of stories when she comes to stay.
We will continue to learn together on the carpet and we will do our learning in different areas around the classroom and outside.
We have lots of wonderful things planned for the rest of the year including Odd Sock Day, Christmas nativity, Christmas Party, World Book Day, Science Day, Easter party, Showcase of learning evening, pirate/mermaid dressing up day, Summer Fayre and we’re sure you’re going to continue to have a great time in Moonstones.
