House system

Our House System brings energy, identity and a sense of belonging to school life. Every student is part of one of our four proud houses – Silverwood, Hoober, Redfearns, or Wentworth – each born from a link to the local community .

Throughout the year, students earn House Points by showing our core Champion Qualities:

Communication – expressing ideas clearly and listening actively
Empathy – understanding others’ perspectives and showing kindness
Excellence – giving your best effort in everything you do
Curiosity – asking questions, exploring ideas, and loving learning
Resilience – staying strong and positive through challenges
Problem Solving – thinking creatively and finding solutions

Teamwork – working together to achieve shared goals

House points can be awarded for excellent classwork, positive behaviour, leadership, contributions to school life, or supporting others. Every point moves your house forward in the race to be crowned the House Champions at the end of the year.

Together, through the Champion Qualities we live every day, we shape a community we can all be proud of.
